How can I change the phone number where I receive my 2FA codes?
If 2FA is currently active on your account using the text message (SMS) or phone call methods, you might need at some point to change the phone number associated to it.
The steps to complete vary depending on whether or not you still have access to the phone number used by your current 2FA settings.
Follow the instructions provided in the section that applies to your situation.

You will need to disable your 2FA and reactivate it using your new phone number (text message or phone call). Here are the links to the articles that explain each step:

Since you won't be able to provide a 2FA code to confirm your identity when requesting to change your 2FA settings, you have 2 options to proceed.
Option 1: Use a recovery code
You can use one of your recovery codes as a substitute for a 2FA code. If you don't have access to your recovery codes, skip to option 2 (below). To learn more about recovery code, visit: What are recovery codes?

Option 2: Call your LetkoBrosseau team
Without a recovery code or the possibility to receive a 2FA code, we'll need to talk to you to confirm your identity before you can make changes to your 2FA settings. This is to make sure someone else isn't pretending to be you in order to gain access to your account.
Here are the step to follow:
- Disable your 2FA: You can call our offices or reach out to your investment team by email so they can call you at a time that's convenient for you. Once you have confirmed your identity, a member of your investment team will disable your 2FA.
